Berry Good.

Berries are a fruit we can't help but love because of the beautiful colors that radiate from them. Aside from their pretty aesthetic, berries are delicious in every form: ripe, juiced, dried, you name it, we love it. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are sweet enough to be served just as they are. Here are our favorite ways to incorporate them into your daily diet:
  • Add berries (ripe or dried) to a warm bowl of oatmeal
  • Stir fresh berries into Greek yogurt
  • Add strawberry slices to a bowl of whole grain cereal
  • Sprinkle berries onto a salad
  • Mix dried berries into trail mix
  • Add berries to grains such as quinoa and couscous
  • Top a bowl of berries with dollop of light-whipped toppings and some chopped almonds
  • Our personal favorite: Blend berries into a smoothie
